At GRAE, every piece we create is made to order — designed, crafted, and finished specifically for you.

That’s why we take extra care to ensure your furniture arrives beautifully made, professionally installed, and ready to enjoy.

 

Production & Delivery Timeframes

  • All our furnitures and home packages are made to order after payment confirmation.
  • Standard production and delivery take 3–20 business days, depending on your package size and materials.
  • For larger villa or custom orders, our team will share an estimated completion timeline during confirmation.
  • Deliveries take place between 12:00 PM and 7:00 PM, excluding Fridays and UAE public holidays.

We’ll keep you updated throughout the process — from production to final installation.

 

Delivery Coverage

  • Free delivery is available within Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman.
  • Deliveries to other Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain) are available at an additional charge, depending on location and order size.
  • Once your order is ready, our team will contact you to schedule a delivery date that works best for you.

 

What’s Included

Every Grae product delivery comes with:

  • Transportation of all items from our facility to your home.
  • Professional assembly and installation by our trained team.
  • Placement of furniture in each designated room.

Our service also includes basic styling and décor placement for package orders. Wall mounting, custom décor installation, and other add-ons can be arranged upon request.

 

Customer Responsibilities

To make delivery day smooth and easy, please:

  1. Ensure clear access to your home (including building permits, elevator bookings, or gate passes if required).
  2. Be available at the agreed time or assign a representative to receive the delivery.
  3. Confirm where each item should be placed prior to arrival.

 

Failed or Rescheduled Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to lack of access, absence, or missing building approvals, it will be rescheduled at an additional cost.

We’ll coordinate a new delivery date based on the next available slot.

 

Partial Deliveries

Because each item is made to order, we generally deliver once the full order is complete.

However, for large multi-room or villa projects, partial deliveries can be arranged upon request.

 

After Installation

Our team will:

  • Assemble and place your furniture with care.
  • Perform a quality inspection to ensure everything matches your order.
  • Leave your home tidy, clean, and ready to enjoy.
